Landmark Fracking Study Finds No Water Pollution

Girl-drinking-water_5728413Small_thumbPITTSBURGH (AP) — The final report from a landmark federal study on hydraulic fracturing, or fracking, found no evidence that chemicals or brine water from the gas drilling process moved upward to contaminate drinking water at a site in western Pennsylvania.

    Where is the study? Any link you could provide?

    Sorry but already the first paragraph says what it is all about. It is a technical report on the results of a limited field study (in one area only!)… Results indicate that under the conditions of this study (the land formations are different in different places!)…
    Basically – this is not conclusive evidence, but just a weak attempt at making fracking look good.
