North America Shovel Ready Wind Farms, Solar and Geothermal Projects

Do you  know of or have any shovel ready Wind Farms, Geothermal and Solar Projects in North America that are having problems obtaining funding? If so, please advise.

The basic requirements of a shovel ready project are:
1. Project owners or developers available for discussions.
2. 10 to 15 year PPA agreement in place.
3. Acquisition of the project rights are preferred but EPC and BOS agreements are possible.
4. Validated wind studies, turbine design and output 
5. EPC selected and all engineering completed
6. The project must be investment grade and show upwards of 15% leveraged IRR.
7. Tried and true technology.
8. Wind must be minimum 20 MW, Solar over 10 MW. CSP projects will be considered

We may be able to provide:
1. Equity investment (100%) with exit at grid connection or disinvestment of the asset.
2. Aa3 investor, very bankable and can arrange for project financing or senior debt.
3. Can provide ITC partner.
4. Can provide bankable EPC partner if needed.
